# Manage your backups

## Viewing your backups
1. Go to the Salesforce Backup page in the [Portal](portal:sf/services).
   - *If you are not already authenticated, please sign in or register for an Account.*
2. **Click** *Manage* on the Advanced service you want to view.
3. Here you can see a summary of your backup service:

   - Backup status.
   - Usage history graphs for the amounts of Users and Organisation backed up.
3. Click on **Access Console** in order to access the Salesforce Backup Console. (This will open the Console in a new browser tab.)\

4. On the console login screen, type the username 'admin', and the password used during the signup process.\

You have now logged in your EO Backup for Salesforce Advanced Backup Console.
