Veeam Explorers

Veeam Explorers offer a more comprehensive list of restore options than the Restore Portal. However, the Veeam Explorers and accompanying software will need to be installed on a local computer.

Veeam Explorers require the use of the tenant user created during the Organisation Linking stage, can only be used by organisation administrators.

The Explorers are split into multiple apps that individually process different object types (such as OneDrive, SharePoint etc.)

Using the Explorers, you can browse your backups based on a point in time, meaning that you will see your data exactly as it was on the specific day the backup was taken.

Setting up the Veeam Explorers require a local computer running Windows and requires installing Veeam Backup & Replication software. For system requirements, please see Veeam System Requirements.
